- Manage support tickets and escalate complex issues
- Document FAQs and contribute to the knowledge base
Educational requirements:
- Any degree or diploma in Business or IT
- Customer support training preferred
Skills:
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask
Experiences:
- 1+ years in a customer-facing support role
