PEX CRM Affiliate Program – Terms of Service
Welcome to the PEX CRM Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the PEX CRM Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Own or operate a valid website, blog, or social media presence.

Not engage in any form of fraudulent, illegal, or misleading promotion.
2. Commission Structure
You will receive:

80% commission on every first payment from a referred customer.

70% commission on every recurring payment (renewal).
-
$20 bonus for every referred user who completes their first transaction.
Additionally:
-
$100 per video review posted on YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook (with PEX CRM branding and a clear CTA).

$40 per written article/blog post or social media review (minimum 300 words, original content).
All content must be approved by our marketing team to qualify for the reward.
3. Payout Terms

The minimum payout threshold is $50.00.

Payouts will be processed after 45 days from the date of a successful payment by the referred customer.

Payouts are made via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct.
4. Tracking & Attribution

All referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links.

We use cookies with a 90-day attribution window.

If a referred user does not complete the purchase within 30 days, the commission may not be credited.
5. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:

Use paid ads that target PEX CRM’s brand keywords (e.g. bidding on “PEX CRM” in Google Ads).

Mislead users or make false claims about PEX CRM’s capabilities.

Use spam, bots, or mass unsolicited messages.
-
Self-refer or refer customers from the same IP/device for fraudulent gains.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
PEX CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use its logo and brand assets for promotional purposes only. You may not modify the logo or use it in a misleading context.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the program at any time if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
8. Changes to the Program
PEX CRM reserves the right to modify or cancel the affiliate program or these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice.
