Welcome to PEX CRM. By signing up for a membership, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms below. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Services Provided
PEX CRM offers a powerful customer relationship management platform in two deployment models:
SaaS Cloud-Hosted: Fully managed on PEX CRM’s servers.
Self-Hosted Lifetime License: You install and manage it on your own server environment.
All plans include core CRM functionalities and optional feature add-ons, depending on the selected package.
2. Account Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.
PEX CRM is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Billing Structure
SaaS Plans: Monthly subscription billed automatically.
Lifetime Plans (Self-Hosted): One-time payment only.
Enterprise (Private Deployment): Custom pricing and contract-based.
Refund Policy
SaaS users are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied.
After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.
Self-Hosted and Enterprise licenses are non-refundable once the software is delivered or installed.
4. Member Rights & Responsibilities
You have the right to:
Access and use the CRM as per your subscription level.
Receive support and software updates in accordance with your plan.
Utilize the platform for internal business needs.
You agree to:
Not engage in spam, malicious activity, or violate intellectual property rights.
Not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.
Use the platform only for lawful and ethical business operations.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
PEX CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
Breach of these terms
Suspicious or malicious activity
Non-payment or violation of fair use policies
6. Intellectual Property
All software code, designs, logos, and brand assets are the property of PEX CRM. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights, not ownership of the software.
7. Limitation of Liability
PEX CRM will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Any liability beyond the value of your most recent payment
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. You will be notified via email or dashboard alert. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
