Terms of service

Welcome to PEX CRM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, services, and website (“Services”), operated by PEX CRM, a brand powered by Tino Group.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.


1. Use of Services

You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software;

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services;

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities;

  • Access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface provided.


2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Keep your login credentials confidential;

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.


3. Plans and Payment

PEX CRM offers both SaaS and Self-Hosted options.

SaaS Plans:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.

  • All plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • No long-term commitment is required; you can cancel anytime.

Self-Hosted License:

  • One-time license fee based on selected package.

  • Includes lifetime usage rights and access to self-hosted updates.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.


4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. We do not access, use, or share your data except:

  • As necessary to provide the Services;

  • With your consent;

  • When required by law.

5. Service Availability and Support

We aim to provide uninterrupted Services, but we do not guarantee uptime or performance.

PEX CRM provides support via:

  • Email

  • Ticket system

  • Documentation

Support scope may vary based on your subscription plan.


6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will be disabled.

  • For SaaS, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

  • For Self-Hosted users, your local installation will continue to function without support or updates (unless extended support is purchased).


7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software associated with PEX CRM are the intellectual property of Tino Group. You may not use our branding without written permission.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app messages. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PEX CRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
